120 Minutes Before The Attack :: A Photo Essay

A few weeks ago, many innocent people were killed and even more innocent people were injured in a terrorist attack at Atatürk Airport, Istanbul. These photos were taken about 120 minutes before the attack. They were for another project about daily life. As it turned out, they had an utterly different meaning. Some people in these photos may not be alive right now, and some of them are saved with just 120 minutes.

So it’s time to think about the world: policies of the governments, arm dealers, attacks in the name of religion shows that the world is out of control.

If we ignore an attack in Istanbul, in Brussels or in other part of the world. If we don’t grieve for the people who had lost their lives regardless of their race, their religion, etc… some day, we will be dead too.
